What sat on the desk
A manager scores people from memory or a spreadsheet. Jira status, original estimate, commits and pull requests live in different places. Developers and QA get mixed into one fake productivity number.
What’s inside: output checking · connections to your systems · monitoring
This is our own work, running in production — not an industry composite.
one performance board built from Git + Jira — no invented percentage
Before: a manager rebuilds the picture every week by hand, from memory and a spreadsheet. After: the board rebuilds itself from Git and Jira. No percentage claimed — this is our own process.
Our work · Software. No named third-party client. No euro figure. The board is assembled from Jira changelog (status movement, original estimate, assignee) and git commits/PRs for the same window. Developers and QA are scored on different lanes.
A manager scores people from memory or a spreadsheet. Jira status, original estimate, commits and pull requests live in different places. Developers and QA get mixed into one fake productivity number.
Pull the issues that actually moved — changelog, original estimate, assignee. Pull git commits and PRs for the same window. Cross-check PR commits against Jira keys. Map raw statuses onto one flow: Todo, Progress, QA, Ready to Deploy, Closed. Split the board: DEV (Progress, In Review, estimate coverage) and QA (QA phase, staged / testing). Ranking by original estimate only for the people who moved tickets.
One board from Git + Jira. DEV and QA stay separate lanes. No invented percentage. No euro claim.
Who to hire. Who to keep. What “good” means on this team. The board does not fire anyone.
That depends on your volumes and wage costs — this page will not invent the number. The free 60-second estimate runs that calculation from your answers, with every multiplier sourced.
The path: free 60-second estimate → free 20-minute review → paid audit of this one process (€1.5–3K, typically two weeks) → pilot with your people in the loop (€10–20K, weeks, not quarters). No transformation programme. Prices are public, on the services page →
