How this file is built
Our work · Software. No named third-party client. No euro figure. The feed is git events (commits, PRs, reviews) plus Jira movement. Tiles are delivery (closed / ready to deploy), blockers (blocked, stale, unowned), and errors (failed path, red). Same facts as the team activity and weekly FE/BE/QA reports — not a second set of numbers.
What the process became
Stream the events as they happen: commits, PRs, Jira status changes. A failed path pulses red — blocked, reopen, failed deploy, stale in Progress. Three tiles for a software company: delivery, blockers, errors. Built from the same Git + Jira facts already used for team delivery, not a decorated dashboard with invented KPIs.
The number, with a caveat
The feed is current because the event wrote itself. The red pulse is the exception, not a weekly archaeology session. No euro figure.
